Spring is traditionally seen as the season of renewal and is often associated with the element of wood, which is associated with the liver. In this season, we rejoice in the longer days, the time of vision and growth after a period of deep introspection in winter. We gather hope and envision renewal as new life sweeps through the earth. Spring is often associated with themes of potential and new growth. It’s a time when the seeds of change we planted and set intention in the winter begin to sprout, as the ground begins to thaw.

But for some of us, spring can bring with it a certain dread. Will we be able to enjoy the outdoors? Or will we be stuck inside, smelly and sleepy?* Try using organic Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) to support a healthy response to occasional seasonal distress.*

Organic Reishi mushroom

Reishi is a supportive mushroom that has been found to promote healthy immune system function by supporting homeostasis.* Reishi is commonly known for its bitter taste caused by terpenoid compounds. Scientific studies have shown that Reishi’s triterpenes support healthy oxygen flow, which is key to supporting the seasonal seasonal response.*
